After years in product management and analytics, I saw a gap: product teams have rich insight into how users engage with their digital products, but BI professionals on the Microsoft stack lack the same visibility for their dashboards and reports. I built BI Pixie to close that gap. Giving every BI team the engagement analytics they need to measure effectiveness and continuously improve.

About Gil
Gil Raviv is the founder of DataChant Consulting. For his contributions to the BI community and impact working with global enterprises, Gil was awarded 6 years as a Microsoft MVP (2017 – 2021, 2025) and received the Microsoft Fast Track Solution Architect recognition (2020, 2021). Gil has led numerous consulting engagements, presale activities and go-to-market initiatives as a global BI practice lead in Avanade/Accenture (2017 – 2021) and AWS (2022 -2023) and led delivery excellence and sales enablement for hundreds of global Microsoft Power BI and Amazon QuickSight professionals.
Gil is also the author of a Microsoft Press book "Collect, Combine and Transform Data using Power Query" and the co-author of the 2nd edition. Since its first publication in English, the book was translated to 4 additional languages, and has helped tens of thousands BI and data analysts to automate their data preparation tasks using Microsoft Power Query.
